We can manage the process from the first design meeting right through to handing you the keys to your new home and you have one point of contact for the whole process.


At Kustom Living we are inspired by architecture and building great designs in collaboration with architects.

Our flexible and open approach to the process allows for exceptional outcomes; from early design-phase consultation to getting the detail just right on site.

We participate in tenders, however we prefer to work with architects on a single select tender basis with a level of cost transparency to assess our fair market value, allowing a speedier procurement process for the client and the ability to value manage the design to meet budget requirements from the very beginning.


We can build to plans you provide. We start with an initial review of your plans and provide a high level price range to ensure the design you have meets your budget.

If it does, we progress to detailed costing. If not, we can assist to value manage your design to meet your budget requirements.


We provide a feasibility report to outline the risks and returns for developing a property into townhouses or units.

From there you can assess the viability of the project before starting the design and construct phase as outlined above.

It’s a precautionary approach that mitigates risk and provides confidence in the success of your development project.
