Greg’s passion for building began when he commenced his carpentry apprenticeship back in 1996. Since that time, Greg has amassed over 20 years’ experience working in varied roles including building supervision, project management, and compliance management leading large teams at a national level prior to starting up Kustom Living with his brother Steve. Greg is an industry professional of the highest calibre with a genuine passion for overseeing all aspects of residential design, build and client service.

As Construction Director at KL Greg is responsible for ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded, working with Architects & Building designers to ensure a cohesive design to build process. Greg is accessible and responsive to client needs.

Steve Balmforth

Steve has built his reputation based on integrity and honesty to become respected among his peers and highly recommended by his clients. Steve is motivated by challenge and his competitive nature coupled with his ability to adapt to change means he is well equipped to deliver on the most challenging architectural builds.

In his role as construction manager Steve is responsible for delivering projects on time to the highest standard whilst maintaining quality trade, supplier and client relationships.

Andrew has over 20 years’ experience in residential property development. He has worked directly with some of Australia’s largest listed property groups and is well placed to advise on all facets of cost management. This expertise combined with a degree in Building Surveying brings a wealth of construction knowledge to the company, ensuring all projects are delivered according to client’s budgets.
