He brings a wealth of experience having successfully fulfilled roles in Construction Management Medium Density Projects, High-end Custom Homes, Project Management and Contract Administration, and National Works and Compliance Manager leading a team to deliver all unit turn-over and Capital Works Projects in the Retirement Village Devision for Stockland before starting Kustom Living.

Steve excels in Project Planning and execution. Ensuring every detail is carefully considered from budgets and timelines to logistics and safety protocols. With extensive experience in the Construction Industry, Steve, joined Kustom Living as Co Owner in 2017.

His leadership sets the tone for our Company, ensuring each project is executed with precision, innovation and an unwavering dedication to quality. Prior to joining Kustom Living, Steve ran his own successful carpentry business building new Retirement Villages, Custom Homes & Developments.

With 20 years of experience in Construction Estimating, Andrew stands behind our commitment to delivering accurate and reliable estimates for all our projects. Having previously worked at Australand, Frasers Property and then Stockland Retirement Living for nearly a decade.

Working nationally across Cost Planning, Procurement, Estimating and Unit Turn over. Andrew’s attention to detail and dedication to each project puts our clients at ease, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the project costs from the outset.

Simon has worked in his own Construction business delivering Unit Renovations and Capex Projects in the Retirement Sector before being recruited by Stockland, holding positions as Capex Project Manager and Quality Assurance Delivery Manager prior to joining the Kustom Living Team. Simon’s friendly approach and communication skills make him a great fit in the retirement environment, he is often seen having a chat and laugh with residents and village teams.

Neil BannanSenior Project Manager

Neil Bannan is a seasoned construction professional with an extensive career spanning top-tier companies such as Australand, Stockland Development, and Mirvac. Known for his measured and strategic approach, Neil has over a decade of experience specialising in the retirement living sector. During his time with Stockland Development, he gained deep insights into the operational aspects of retirement living, site-managing the construction of new villages.

Neil also played a key role in project-managing external builders to deliver new retirement communities, including significant projects like Stockland Gowenbrae Village, Mernda Village and Arilla South Morang. From early planning stages to the grand opening of these facilities, Neil worked closely with development teams and village managers to ensure seamless delivery.

Highly respected and widely recommended in the industry, Neil Bannan is a valued member of the Kustom Living team, bringing his vast experience and professional expertise to every project.
